Plans change, and we completely understand. Our cancellation policy keeps things fair for both our guests and our beauty professionals.
1. Rescheduling
- You can reschedule a standard appointment up to 12 hours before the start time without any fee.
- Group bookings, event styling, and bridal services require 24 hours’ notice.
- To reschedule, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your booking reference.
2. Cancellations
- Cancelling within the notice period is free of charge.
- Cancellations made after the notice window may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
- Missed appointments without any notice are treated as no-shows and may be charged in full.
3. When We Need to Cancel
- In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately.
- You can choose a full refund of any deposit paid or reschedule at your convenience with a complimentary upgrade where possible.
