Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are entitled to a refund, we are committed to processing it promptly and fairly.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available when a booking is cancelled within the permitted notice period (see our Cancellation Policy).
- Refunds may also be issued if a service cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our end (e.g. therapist unavailability, safety concerns).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date.
2. Refund Method & Timeline
All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear within 10 to 45 business days from the date of approval. We have no control over processing times on your bank's side.
- Card payments (Visa / Mastercard / Mada): 10–45 business days
- Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later): subject to Tabby's refund policy
- Bank transfer: within 10 business days to the originating account
3. Non-Refundable Items
- No-show appointments without prior notice.
- Services that have been fully delivered.
- Bookings cancelled outside the permitted notice window (may incur a partial charge).
